- 1. This Return and Refund policy is applicable for online purchase via Multicare Online Store only.
- 2. For products Return/Refund, customer need to submit the request to our customer service through email email@example.com upon 3 days of receiving the products.
- 3. Please allow up to 7 working days for your request to be processed.
- 4. Return/Refund of products will be arranged under the following reason:
a. If the product delivered was damaged or defective in condition,
b. If the product is out of date or expired,
c. If the product delivered is different from the product ordered.
- 5. After customer receive the confirmation email for the product Return/Refund, customer shall return the product in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it first delivered to customer together with proof of purchase.
- 6. All refunds will be credited into customer’s account within 2 months after we receive the product from customer.
- 7. Purchase of products under the following category are NON-RETURNABLE/NON-REFUNDABLE:
a. Products under sales and promotion,
b. Discount voucher being applied,
c. Personal Hygiene product,
d. Disposable product.
